I think it has been too long in not trusting ourselves, including our higher self aspects that have been veiled from us.
Learning to relax and be receptive to what is coming in allows us to see more of what the veil had hid from us, which seems to be the play of our future and allows us to be less dependent upon what we have been trained to see to be the 'truth/reality' of our 3D experience.
Letting go of the 'old' empties our cup to allow the refreshing new to come in, and for me, it's this taste and thirst for higher understanding that makes me drink more of what has been replenishing my cup.
I also feel that my cup is expanding more and more to hold more and more.
