I don't know of anyone who supplies came , lead or otherwise with a 3/8 heart, but my sources just supply what is normally used for stained glass. You might tray Cascade Metals or Chicago Metals who make zinc, brass and copper cames. Perhaps they make something like what you're seeking. Also try any manufacturer of metal extrusions.
