I had the same problem. I'm not sure what you all have tried, but you have to start with the Sign up. Tick the box to accept the guide lines and then be really specific typing in your password twice. I repeated what I thought was the same exercise three times before I did something right. I tried the get an email with a new password and that even gave me grief. Please keep trying. Keep track of the exact error message, that's what Jason can use as a clue to help figure out what the problem is. Good Luck.
