I've changed the way that the new AISG forum (link below) sends activation emails, and it *seems* to be working with Hotmail now (I've tested it on an account where it was previously being blocked). If you signed up for an account and didn't receive the activation email, you can request your credentials from the "Sign In" link under the "Trouble Logging In?" section. Just type in your email address & the security code and click the "Re-send Credentials" button.
