No idea which comedian had that catchphrase, sorry Liah.

As for the Johns, it was so long ago I don't remember, but it was way before e-mail and mobile phones. Perhaps they got fed up with me getting them confused with each other and just stopped phoning. Can't blame them really!

I would love to come to Os one day, and definitely to go camel riding on the beach. Martin and I had a holiday in Egypt last year and I loved the camel ride we had - he hated it as the wooden saddles didn't do him any favours and he got off with a very sore backside.

I think changing your name is a great idea if you can be bothered, and Liah is much nicer than Linda. I'm happy with Bing, but not actually christened that, although my Dad started calling me Bing so early on, right from when I was a tiny baby, that it took me about 2 years of school before I started answering to Hilary. I changed my surname the first time I got married, but later regretted that and went back to my maiden name. It is so much hassle. All the bank accounts, passport, driving licence etc. What a performance - never again!
