Just realised I was missing out on some interesting correspondence!
Well I reckon I've astral-travelled without meaning to. I sometimes have dreams about places, usually large buildings like schools or hospitals, sometimes I visit the same place several times. I never thought there was anything odd about this until the time I visited my sister's house for her wedding many years ago. She had lived there for a while but I hadn't been there so far. It was an extremely old farm house and had had parts added on over the years, back corridors, extra rooms etc, plus the old farm buildings. It was really hard to find your way around - except for me, I'd been there before in my dreams and knew my way round immediately (with the hair on the back of my neck standing up as I wondered round recognising everything).
Now every time I dream about a place I haven't been to before I wonder if it really exists somewhere and part of me has really been there while I was asleep.
Bit scarey really.
