Here is the response I got from Stuart at RFSW

"Hi Martin

I hope you had a great Xmas.

When a song is playing on RFSW its title appears in the player window with a thumbs up/down symbol next to it. The more thumbs up a song receives the higher it gets in the chart and vice versa. There are currently 172 tracks on the RFSW playlist.
