BC, Just cut in half and fill with sauce and cover with mozz sauce, cover with foil until zuccs soft, about half an hour (depending on oven, mines crap) open foil, then leave until cheese is nice and browned, yum, I'm hungry! Another one is cauliflower in white onion sauce, same deal, open and cover with tasty cheese. actually you can stuff with anything you like and cover with cheese, all taste great. Have you tried growing a zuccini plant in a bag of potting mix? If your soil is sandy you could try that, just buy a bag of potting mix, cut a cross in it and put your plant in, leave somewhere for it to take up the space and give a liquid feed every two weeks or so, quite successful! Good luck
