Didn't realise it had been so long since I;d checked this site!! I've pretty much done exactly as you suggested. The nice lady at the nursery cut some seed heads off for me and they're ready to plant now. I found some packets of seeds at the Reject Shop, but I haven't scattered those yet. I'd read somewhere that they cross pollinate with each other, so will be interesting to see what colours I get each year. I bought 3 different coloured plants, which I planted a few weeks ago and they've taken off nicely, but no sign of any flowers yet. I read somewhere that Autumn is the best time to do the seeds, so I'll get them scattered over the next few weeks. I should do it sooner rather than later though because bulbs are starting to come up. I'd like to get any seedlings established before the bulbs go feral.
