That's why I work in an australian native nursery! Most nurseries have no experience in growing, only selling and will fob anything off on you to make money! rosemary should do well and won't be bothered by too much by frost. Very hardy. Can't believe somebody gave you a Hibiscus, they thrive in heat and hate being cold! Good Luck
