Hi Rosie,

My ex-boyfriend used to get panic attacks like that
and he was physically abused as a kid. One morning he
woke up really early in a cold sweat and told me that
he lost part of his soul in the struggle. It's scary.

I just hope you're OK. It's hard to be brave in the
face of those nasty memories which really are still a
part of your life no matter what is happening. Just
lean on your husband and the support of family and
friends who understand the situation - they will be
your life line. As well, if you're religious, seek
that out too.

Also, talk to us when you need us - we'll always be
here. At least I sure hope so, I know our fearless
leader will be back again too - he's still on his
gig

*Lots of hugs*
Presca
