...FINALLY getting the treatment I need to move through the "stuff" that's been getting in my way.
Just got out today after two stays totaling 38 days. PTSD really leveled me there for a while.
Doing very well now and VERY hopeful and encouraged for the future. But must be gentle, gentle with myself.
So much to do to catch up and move forward, so I'm keeping this short - for now.
