Hey all,
I'm up in Boston visiting my brother and am reaching out for some moral support.
As some of you may know, I went to rehab recently to deal intesely with my alcoholism and trauma-related issues - I have 89 days sober today!
I am staying with my brother, his wife and17 year old son for two weeks due to no money and no place else to go for now.
It's quite the challenge as their is lots of alcohol in the house and my family "issues" are coming up big time.
Still lots of grief and pain and anger and loneliness and feelings of unworthyness to process and let go of - and they are all rearing their heads at once. (AND I've only been here since yesterday!!!!)
Anyway, I know I'll make it through - just wanted to reach out and seek support as that's what this board is so good at!
