thanks, Louise. yeah, Carol is really nice. and i'm very grateful. to the both of you. you're starting to open my eyes. perspective is a big thing for me. i'm always reminding myself of my past. maybe it is time for me to let go. i'll try that. the distraction thing you're talking about.
