
Santo John Jannotti, a former computer programmer for NBC in New York City and a lifetime area resident, entered into rest Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at St. Luke's Hospital. Son of Anna Jannotti and the late Santo Jannotti, he was born April 18, 1957 in New York, NY. John was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Newburgh. He was truly talented in customizing motorcycles, which he showed at the Jacob Javitz Center in New York City. He was also an avid snake handler and breeder. Survivors include his mother, Anna Jannotti of Newburgh; his cousin, Frank Terrasi; and several other cousins and friends. Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 5, at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday following visitation in Sacred Heart Church, Newburgh. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, New Windsor.
