This comprehensive Night Photography workshop will be held over four nights: Friday, March 30; Saturday, March 31; and Sunday, April 1st. In addition, there will be a follow-up evening on the following Saturday, April 14, to view prints, JPGs, and transparencies, critique work, problem-solve, etc.
The workshop group will meet most nights for lectures at Fort Mason Center, starting at 7pm. After the lectures, on the first night, we will concentrate on photographing the architectural features, historic piers, and the rolling hills above the retired military post, while the second night we'll photograph in the historic Presidio of San Francisco. The third night will be spent photographing on location in a more "natural" landscape, with the aid of April's waxing Full "Sprouting Grass" Moon, in the Marin Headlands.
