The boys and I went and saw Kung Fu Panda.
Great film.
We also rented Sky High, about a teen who has two super hero parents and goes to hero school when he hasn't any powers. He tries to hide this fact (not going to say anything more in case you haven't seen it.)
Ben started up swim lessons again. He doesn't want Lily to show up and accidently see him not swimming well. Real incentive to learn now! He does ok in shallow water but panics in the deep end.
Jon's newest hobby is mask making.
The first one was for a school project, but he enjoyed it so much he wanted to make more. He also makes swords out of wood to go with the masks.
Each mask seems to have it's own personality and the swords have painted symbols and are uniquily shaped.
I think these newest ones are inspired by Bleach.
He's hanging them on his wall in his room.
He's been doing extra chores and scouts for other ways to make money for these projects and spending money for his Comicon trip to San Diego- he's riding down with his uncle and cousins in a couple weeks.
