Took the kids to the pool today.
While we were there a woman came up and started chatting with me, then after a few minutes she pointed at David and asked me if he was my son and did he have a girlfriend.
Then she gestured at a girl (her niece) across the pool and said she wanted to approach him but was nervous to do it.
I told her to call her niece over, then told her, "Just go say hi."
They're going out tomorrow night.
She's going to be a junior next year at our other HS.
She's real cute, red hair and freckles.
Every shy girl should have an aunt like that!
David and I watched Charlie Bartlett this evening.
It's kind of Ferris Bueller-ish, but a bit more adult themed.
Good film.
Going to work with Ben on reading now.
He and I do this at least 15min morn/15min nite to keep up the skills.
He's still a bit behind in this area.
Hubby has the next 4 days off FOR THE 4TH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
