Betsy (Elizabeth) McMillan is one of my McMillans, who lived in Poltimore, Quebec. They had 11 children. Betsy's parents are Dugald McMillan and Mary McMillan. There were several lines of McMillans who settled in Poltimore after leaving Glengarry County in Ontario. I have Dugald and Mary's lines, but not the McPhees.i would love to hear from you. Pat
