That is the only time I have seen the name Stuibhairt printed anywhere apart from on my mothers' birth certificate! She was Chirsty Stuibhairt Ross, her grandmother being Chirsty (Christina)Stewart from Husabost, NW Skye, daughter of Charles and Anne Stewart(McDonald) However they were a Presbyterian family,(in Australia anyway) of the Stewart of Appin clan. That is the Gaelic spelling of Stewart. My g'parents were students of Gaelic in Melbourne, Vic
