: I have been searching my Stewart/Stuart line for some time. Margaret
Stewart/Stuart was born about 1864 in Prince dward Island, she married
a Charles Cook(Cook/Bears line, out of guysborough, NS) and they had
about 7 kids. 3 were norn in Canada before they immigrated about 1887
to USA, they ended in Lynn and Swampscott areas of Massachusetts, 3 of
their children born here were Baptised at The Free Church of Scotland in
PEI. I need to find more on ths Margaret. A certified Geneologist from
PEI(I got name from PEI Government) said the marriage certificate for
Margaret and Charles was paid for by Alexander Stewart/Stuart, I dont
know if he is her father I do know they were Scots. My Nana had research
doe years ago, but the papers had been burned in a house fire. The
Church who did the search for her hasn't contacted me back and Ive
written numerous times over the years. Any help at this point would be
helpful in deciphering Margaret's half of my family tree.

My G3 Grandfather was Alexander Stewart (1809-1881). He was married
to Isabella MacDondald (1811-1886). They had seven children: Isabella,
James, Jessie, John, Donald Daniel (Daniel Donald) and Margaret A. This
could be the Margaret that you're looking for. Let me know what you
find. -eric
