I have a copy of my Grandmother and Grandfather's(Donald Stewart and Sarah Grant) marriage certificate dated 1883 signed at the Parish of Lochalsh. On it is my Great Grandmother and Grandfather's names Donald and Mary Stewart as well as John and Christina Grant.
I also have a post card from my Aunt when she visited my Great Great Grandmother's home on the Isle of Skye. I have no idea when my family migrated to Canada or where they landed... both my aunt and my father are now long gone...
