ok, here it goes, I am putting down the remote and taking this into consideration, if the military can get me in shape in eight weeks...and I was in awesome shape...and today I have all the time in the world to do this to myself again....I will give it a whirl and see if by Ocotober I am up to finishing in the top twenty. That would be my goal...yeah speedwalking ...but if I do a marathon it is the top twenty...that is where I would want to be. I once did a 24 hour run for charity, and ran 24 miles in that 24 hours...of course we ran as a six pack...so I don't know...our shirts were generic beer cans....and we drank a beer with each mile. Once again, my offbeat personalit shows with that. Seriously, I will train myself with my marine buddy and get thin and in perfect shape again...won't take all that much, but see what gives, I challenge Cusack to do the same, but to finish in the top twenty...or at least finish before me. How many miles is that, because I have an eight minute mile normally....and can do that for up to three miles. See and B was just going to send me to south africa to get in a shark cage...now I am training for the chicago marathon....I don't know which one actually sounds worse.
