: ok, here it goes, I am putting down the remote and taking this into consideration, if the military can get me in shape in eight weeks...and I was in awesome shape...and today I have all the time in the world to do this to myself again....I will give it a whirl and see if by Ocotober I am up to finishing in the top twenty. That would be my goal...yeah speedwalking ...but if I do a marathon it is the top twenty...that is where I would want to be. I once did a 24 hour run for charity, and ran 24 miles in that 24 hours...of course we ran as a six pack...so I don't know...our shirts were generic beer cans....and we drank a beer with each mile. Once again, my offbeat personalit shows with that. Seriously, I will train myself with my marine buddy and get thin and in perfect shape again...won't take all that much, but see what gives, I challenge Cusack to do the same, but to finish in the top twenty...or at least finish before me. How many miles is that, because I have an eight minute mile normally....and can do that for up to three miles. See and B was just going to send me to south africa to get in a shark cage...now I am training for the chicago marathon....I don't know which one actually sounds worse.

If he decides to run it, here are a few tips! It's not until the last .2 miles when all your toenails fall off and you get all the blisters that you forged to whale off in the last 26 miles. LOL! Also, you would think that besides the last passing .2 miles brings the reality that you actually finished running 26.2 miles. What an accomplishment ~~~~~say la vee~~~
