Its called "pelvic instability" and it can get quite serious for some women who end up in wheelchairs and on crutches. I can actually feel the gap in my pubic bone and turning over in bed of a night can be excruciating in the hips and back. Lots of women get told its just one of the aches and pains of pregnancy but its actually a recognized condition some women get and can be very debilitating....not just an ache. I've had it since about 20 weeks but luckily it hasnt progressed, as yet, and some days are better than others. I have to wear maternity belt when i expect to be on my feet for a long time, like when i go to town. I really should be seeing an osteopath but its just too much travelling. The last few days have only been bad because i've been carrying and feeding lambs sitting on the ground which isnt good!
Only 9 weeks to go..........
