Its a bugger of a thing. I hate when i roll over in bed, or sit up in the morning and my hip sockets actually "pop". Awful feeling!
My pelvic belt is pretty heavy duty but i find its more beneficial for supporting my huge gut at the moment. Hehe. I've found its best to avoid any hillwork, too!...and i do the pillow trick but sometimes i have to resort to panadol to try ease some of the pain at night. I hope it goes after the birth, apparently it lingers in some women for months.
