I purchased some young birds yesterday. I asked the old bloke selling them what breed they were, he didn't know, other than he had them running around an orchard with a heap of other chooks. So I suppose who mum or dad was is difficult to determine. There are a light grey colour predominently, black comb, and are laying white eggs.
I have them in with a couple of old Hambourgs, who are I suppose pets, that's why they are still there.
I know a few of the usual breeds, but these jokers have me snookered. Any assistance?
