The best idea would be to ring your local vet and ask. Did you kill the bunnies because they looked unwell? Personally I would not eat them if you think they were diseased. I am not sure if rabbits get TB or not. I do know that the cheesy granuloma (pictured above) is specific to only a couple of diseases, TB being one of them but if you didn't take pictures it would be hard for anybody to make that diagnosis. You could ask your vet if there are any tests that can be done on the rabbits now without their internal organs.

Now, did you feed the organs to any other animals after you looked at them ie your dogs?? If so you will need to speak to your vet and get some sort of idea of what they think it may be.

Also, I presume when you do post mortems on dead animals that you are using some sort of protective garments like gloves and glasses but if not I would start. You never know what you are dealing with and if it does turn out to be TB then you are at risk from handling these organs unprotected. As you often write that you post mortem your sick animals when they die I presume you know this.

Anyway my best advice is speak to your vet.
