I have been talking with me son and father they don't seem to see any change in mom but her speach is getting slower. She has took some time to get her words out but the last time I have talked with her she has gotten slower and slower, when she talks it takes about 15 minutes for her to answer you, I don't know if it is due to the stroke. The doctors said there was no damage but can there be damage and them not see it on a scan or x ray or a test. She is fuctioning the same and is not paralyzed on one side but being around her all the time would you tend not to notice it. The friend that said she might have MS said it sounds like her grand mother that had Alzemiemers disease (pardon me I can't spell it) or we call Old timers disease. OH I am not worried I would be more relieved knowing her life ended. Y'all all know this. I looked up the Alzemiemers disease but she doesn't fit all of the symtoms does this mean she has to or they don't have to. I think she is in the last stages of something but I don't know what it is. I read they can test the brain and find out BUT the peson has to be dead to do this, it sounds like rabies they have to kill the animal to find out if it has rabies to test the brain. Sad isn't it that they can't find things out before then. I don't know there is nothing they can do in either case this is why I say it is sad.
Sorry I just need a place to babble.
