just read the story about the young actor from All Saints who has comitted suicide
he had depression
it made me think of the others out there who like me sometimes pop in for a chat and encouragement to break the cycle of depression
the young girl im sorry i cant remember your name
you came a few times i think late last year - how are you going hope you are still with us
not trying to bring any one down just wanted to pop in and say hey guys im still here it hasnt hit me yet this year it will in about 2 mths for me
i know and understand why now
but any one else out there feeling blue dont hesitate we care come and have chat any time dont let it win ive found just sitting at a silly puter tapping away at the keyboard waffling on helps me through even if its only on my secret message board it just helps to me to push through and im sure there are others out there who need to here they are not alone they are not the only ones
please if you suffer from depression please ask for help even when you are at your lowest tell someone dont bottle it up dont think no one will care you are not a island someone will miss you
