My friend's partner took his life a year ago leaving her with their 2 young children. Every day we ask ourselves why. Don't think for a moment no one would care because there is always someone that will suffer for the rest of their lives for that one selfish act. They will every day ask themselves why, and blame themselves, and then there is the anger...
There is only one way out of the pit and that is UP..You are the only one that can let yourself out and get help. Just don't make that one decision that will ruin other people's lives just because you think it will make it all better,because it won't..the ones you leave behind will suffer for ever
