How do you know this? You need to be careful how you handle this: as
it is Terrys daughters child, you need to make sure that you don't
make false accusations. If you were babysitting this child and you saw
the problem while she was under your care, then if it was me, I would
take her to the doctor. Here there are regulations in place: if the
doctor thought anything was wrong he would report it to the
appropriate authorities and it would be investigated from there. Very
sad. If she was not in your care, then I would tell the mother the
problem (not your suspicions) and make her take the child to a
doctor. Then I'd keep an eye on things from a distance. good luck.
