I think there is a growing need for all of us to speak up and acknowledge our feelings.
Regardless of what these feelings are.
We are all human and we all feel the same array of emotions.
It's OK to feel them.
What needs our attention is how we choose to deal with our emotions. And ignoring them or 'not' choosing to do anything is still a Choice.
Emotions are our essential indicators. Learning to understand our emotions is also how we learn to better understand ourselves.
We can move through any emotion into a loving outcome.
Conversations into Healing is simply one way to do this.
