I was adopted through Oneida County Dept. of Social Services. The name I was given at birth was Rachel but changed to Jennifer when I was adopted. Non-identifying info indicates birth mother was 22 with dark hair and hazel eyes and had an 18 month old child when I was born and birthfather was 28 with dark hair and dark eyes and was married. Looking for any info.
