I was born 7/25/75 in Port Jefferson LI. I was supposedly a "home birth" - possibly born at Regina Residence? My birthname may have been Katherine or Catherine and my nickname may have been "Princess". I had auburn hair and blue eyes at birth, and for several months afterwards. My adopted parents adopted me through Nassau County Social Services and they brought me home on Oct 31st 1975.

My birth mom was an only child, a single white catholic girl born in 1959. Goes through her height, weight, age - says she was an excellent student, above average intelligence, artistic and musical and had gallbladder problems that both her mom & grandmom had.
Nothing really more on Birthdad- just that he was athletic and quite musical.
It also says my birthmother’s parents insisted on adoption, and my birth grandmother and birth father both signed statements requesting I was raised catholic.
