Looking for Siblings, birth Mother. I was born on Sept 16 1960,in Islip LI. Adopted as an infant out of NY I believe, by birth cert says Islip NY with my present name on it Anthony Perrotta. I beleieve I went through a Catholic Organization in NY, where in NY I do not know.
