I am looking for my half-brother who was born on December 19, 1958, in Merrick, NY. My mother would have gone by the name of Judith Peterson (maiden name) or Judith Bain (former married name). The birth father was listed as Bruce Burnell Bain, although he was not the father. I was born in 1956 in Illinois and was living in Illinois at the time of his birth. My mother was from Illinois. There were no other siblings at the time of his birth. The adoption was done through an attorney in New York, but my mother does not recall his name. My mother stayed with her Aunt and Uncle who lived in Merrick, NY, during her pregnancy. Their names were Doris and Bill Oser.
