Female Fulco born 7/11/63 seeking birth family

I'm trying to find the right Fulco family for a female who was born at New York hospital on 7/11/63, and adopted out three months later. Her birth mother had three daughters born around 1956, 1960, and 1961.
Birth mother was born in 1935 or 1936. Probably divorced Mr Fulco shortly after adoptee was born.
