ISO FE 01/04/1956 FREEPORT, NY

this was a private arranged adoption by Dr Leo Unger, and Claire Silverman RN... the birthmother was only 14.
My mother (the birthmom) seems to think it may have been a Jewish adoption and the babygirl MAY have been given the name Martha (or an M name).
