Baby Boy C- looking for biological parents.Was in foster care at 4 days of age. Birth mother was 20 so was father. I was born through C-section somewhere in Newark NY. Mother was 5'5 and father was 6'4. Nationality Northern European and American Indian. Adoptive summary says parents were unmarried but had ongoing relationship.
Please help: I am in the military and have been deployed many times. I am incomplete!! Please help
