This is probly a long shot, but thought I ought to respond, just in case. My husband and I have been looking for answers for his medical history and ethnic background. He was born (supposably) on 7/25/60. The non-id information says that he was handed over to Broome County Social Services which is a bit south of Syracuse. The non-id also said about the father that he was big-boned, didn't graduate from high school and was a farmer/mason. I thought I would bring this up in case it sounds familiar to you. I know that the date and place are off a bit, but felt we should just check this out anyways. If this does sound familiar I have more information about the birth mother and can also send a picture of Kirk. If this does not sound familiar, you don't even have to reply back.
