Searching for my older half brother. Adoption was May 1st, 1964, when he was almost 9 months old. Born in Lackawanna, NY at Victory Infant Home for Unwed Mothers (Father Baker's) I do not know if his name was changed after adoption. I have no other info except that the adoption was done through Catholic Family Charities in Rochester NY. Any tips, guidance or help is appreciated. Thank you for your time.
