Ultimato Sauce has always been a family. We have traveled several thousand miles with each other and seen each other at our best and our worst. Unsurprisingly, though undesirably, negative feelings have resulted from this. Normally, these feelings past, but there is always the possibility that they do not, and left unchecked, these emotions can spiral out of control. Therefore, we need to do our best be more aware of the way that we are acting towards each other. When sparks like these start, we need to work to stop them before they escalate into something horrible and uncontrollable.
If any similar feelings start to rise in you or you notice the signs that they might be in someone else, you can always, with complete confidentiality, go to an officer and they will work to ease the situation. If you have to wake one of us in the middle of the night (or middle of the afternoon depending on which one you call), we are there for you.
