Unfortunately I am a little under the weather today and am not sure if I will be able to work out today, but we all need to be getting back into tournament shape so if you can make it to the colvin tonight, do so! Cory Egan posted the times to some classes that will be good if you like, or feel free to do your own thing. If you're looking for a guideline, here's a basic one:

warm-up jog 1/2 mile upstairs (5-6 laps)
cardio for 30 minutes (bike, running, eliptical, etc.)
try to get your heart rate up above 165 and stay above 150 if you can!
cool-down for at least 5 minutes (continue on whatever machine you're on, or walking on the upstairs track are great options!)
Add some abs at the end to work that core! Feel the burn!!
