unfolding to the sun. Open your heart wide, to accept the flow of the river, the river of
love that never ends, the river that runs ceaselessly through the
world, uniting the hearts of all who live. Open your heart to others, that they may reach in and touch you, that
you may feel that your heartbeats are one after all, that their tears
and laughter may become a part of who you are, as you share this life
experience together. Open your heart to your life. Let it fill with a great love of this
life of yours and everything that is within it. Let your heart fill
with gratitude for each breath that you take, for each dawn that
graces your life, for each bird that sings outside your window. And today, open your heart to a vast and deep love for yourself.
Here, in your heart, let the light shine, the light of love, and let
it spread throughout your entire body. Love yourself, appreciate
yourself fully, no matter what your circumstances, no matter what you
have done or left undone in the past. In this moment, right now, you
are love and light, you are embraced and held within the arms of love
and your heart beats gently in the rhythm of the universe. I am, it beats. I am, I am. I am love. * My private sessions are proving to be such a wonderful adventure into
