"It is very important to care about everything that surrounds your
planet, as all spheres in your solar system play a leading role in the
life of the whole system as well as in any life whatever form it takes.
Earth is constantly receiving energies from its sisters of the solar
system and it is constantly sending them energies as well. This is a
continuous exchange. However, Earth is currently spreading very powerful
human energies, that are very harmful, in your solar system, which
unfortunately are not energies of peace and of Love. Let us speak a little about the Moon and also about your `conquest
of space' (although this word does not suit us at all). Many years ago, some men from Earth walked on the Moon, the program was
well established and normally, by 2000, the Moon should have been
totally colonized (this word does not suit us neither but we use it) by
earthlings according to the original plan. However, our brothers from other spheres, who have a huge base on the
Moon, decided otherwise. As long as earthlings have the concept of
colonization and not one of fraternization, they will not be permitted
to travel on other spheres of matter. Soon, the gates will open in your
solar system, in your Galaxy and well beyond. The Moon has significant importance on several levels. Like the Earth,
it is inhabited by a mother entity. The Moon would already be fragmented
into asteroids if it were not protected by this mother entity, just as
the Earth is protected by its own one from any disturbance coming from
the Universe (by disturbance we mean disasters; we will mention the
major ones later). When there is an impact, it is in agreement with the
master entity of the concerned planet. There is always a reason that we
cannot reveal at this time. Everything has an evolving reason, even
though the reason can be totally destructive at the time. The Moon has also a huge energetic importance for earthlings, as it is
an advanced base of the Great Galactic Brotherhood. This is a means for
closely monitoring planet Earth. It would make an urgent evacuation of
some inhabitants of Earth possible, if necessary. When earthlings came and set foot on the Moon, some of them received
confirmation that its hidden part was inhabited, occupied by structures,
by huge bases. Your Governments know about it and this is one of the
reasons why they were forbidden to continue with this conquest. They
were not allowed to access these advanced bases. However, some inhabitants of Earth have been able to access these bases,
and some politicians were also given a description, thanks to a complete
`report' from our bases, as when we forbade them to further conquer
the Moon, we gave the reasons why we did so. This will be so, as long as
man is belligerent and until the liberation of Earth is done, but then
so many other things will happen that the blockade of this planet will
have no further reason to exist. A second Sun is being born; its power can be felt more and more; it will
trigger a total transformation of everything living on Earth and it will
also have significant impact on your whole solar system. The mission of this Sun will be to awaken certain worlds that are still
asleep, particularly the Moon and Mars. Planet Mars will again host very important life. Earthlings who can go
there will access a technology which is very different from that on
Earth, one of great magnitude which has been protected for thousands, or
even hundreds of thousands of years by the sages of Mars, so that all
this knowledge could later be restored. Humans of tomorrow, the sages of
Mars will live on its surface, as Mars will again be able to welcome
life in its multitude. This planet will be reseeded in the fourth
dimension." I am feeling very powerful yet confusing energies of the Moon. I have a
feeling that theses energies are reaching some dormant parts within me. I see now some sort of a machine but I don't know if it's really one, as
it seems to be alive. It is huge and it is set up inside the Moon. This
machine is not the master entity of the Moon, it is something totally
different. They are saying: "You can say that it is a living machine if you want, as it allows
the positioning of this planet. This positioning exists for several
reasons. The Moon has a powerful reflector effect on energies. It reflects both
the solar light and the energies of other planets. The Moon took the
position desired by Creative Gods to maintain on its dark side a base
which should not be visible from the Earth." I am walking, it is tiresome as I am in the energy of the Moon which is
disrupting my channeling a little. My brothers are saying: "This is normal because you receive the power of matter which
emanates from this star, and you also feel the power of the mother
entity of the Moon. You must get used to it, little by little. This is
very important for each one of you, since the Moon has great interaction
with your lives, far beyond what you can imagine, whether it be in your
physical life due to its mass or in your spiritual life because of its
master entity." I am eager to see the other side of the Moon, but for now they show me
nothing, I am only in the energy of this star and I would like so much
to see its base. I think my will disrupts the clarity of what I can give
back. I see now a being such as I have never seen yet, quite lanky and somehow
bluish. This being has a certain consistency yet he seems to be made of
bluish clouds. He is saying: "I am one of the inhabitants of what you call the Moon, my name is
LIVA. I am actually the leader of the community that lives both inside
and outside the Moon. Before we show you part of what you are so eager
to see, i.e. the large base, I will take you with me to my domain." He takes me by the hand and I pass through a corridor lit by a bleak
light. The corridor is hot, the heat seems to come from the rock. We are
walking without touching the ground. I arrive now at a huge site where I don't see its outlines. There is a
beautiful light, still somehow bleak. It is not like solar light but the
Moon seems to be lit by a star, from within. Some beings are busy, they
seem a little more solid than LIVA. They look at me surprised that
someone from the outside would come into their world. LIVA says: "We had huge difficulties, we suffered greatly, our people were
sick, dying. Thus, we all gathered and solicited, with the Love within
our hearts, the energy of reconstruction, the solar energy as we also
need solar energy, the Christic Energy, as well, since we are part of
the same system than you are. Thus we asked for help so as to be treated and regenerated. At the time,
strange things happened to us. We all had a feeling of dying yet we did
not die, instead we were born again to ourselves, in a different
density, with another consciousness. There were no deaths, we only
became different. You see us in a somehow nebulous way but we are very real. We cannot
show ourselves as you would like, for we have not yet acquired enough
power for this. Thus Christic Energies emanating from the Sun have helped us to
transform, to heal completely, and now we can even work with our
brothers from other galaxies and from other systems, with the watchers,
with all hierarchies working for the transformation of the worlds. We will soon be living on the surface of the Moon but there still will
be mutation of our bodies, of who we are. Our bodies, our hearts and our
souls are ready for this mutation." I feel much peace and serenity but not much joy, these great people seem
to be waiting for this transformation, with the certainty that it will
occur very soon. It will be their last one before they can really become
part of the Galactic Confederation of advanced worlds. He is saying: "We are much fewer than you are on Earth, we are also much less
belligerent, we do not like conquests, we simply love life and we wish
to experience it as well as possible while constantly honoring the
Source for having given birth to us." I see children but not their real features yet, they are still too fuzzy
and nebulous. They are saying: "Now we will go with you on the surface to the site you are so eager
to visit. You have a temporary authorization." We are going back up very quickly as in a lift but there is none. I find
myself under a huge transparent dome with material structures and I see
a multitude of small vehicles. These are interplanetary and also
planetary vehicles. This large base has several missions. One of them is to treat stars such
as the Earth which is so polluted, and the Moon which has suffered so
much and is beginning to heal its wounds. They install around the Moon a
protection – invisible to our eyes – which will defend it better
and better against all impacts coming from the solar system and from the
Universe, and against all meteorites. They show me a protective substance – invisible and elastic. This
substance pushes away everything that risks hitting the Moon. Everything
which will crash on this envelope will be rejected towards the immensity
of our solar system and the Universe. This could be a large energy
protection about which I have no explanation. I see no living beings in this base, a very bright but not blinding
white light that comes from nowhere lights it up. They show me a base
which keeps sinking into the ground, as important on the inside as on
the outside. I don't know if they don't want me to see the beings of
this base or if they aren't there. My Lunar guide smiles at me and says: "Curiosity of the inhabitants of Earth is still as big and yours
will never dry up but that is good. When they are curious, human beings
evolve inevitably because they seek to understand, to discover." I am still in this basewhich I cannot givethe proportions. I hear sounds
which seem to continuously nourish and balance it. These sounds may be
coming from this living machine that maintains the Moon's position
relative to the Earth and the solar system. LIVA is also saying: "Eons ago, the Moon was created – as all planets, by the way
– but it is still a very young creation. Hence, this star would not
exist without the chief entity that is inside it. This implanted living
machine allows this star to fully handle the role for which it was
created." I would like to go still further in this huge base, but I only see
bright white ships of a slightly ovoid shape. I see no window, nothing
more than these ships shining in this unreal light. My guide is saying: "You only see a small fraction of what the Moon really is. Soon, a few
men from the Earth will be allowed to come and meet us and work in
harmony with our Galactic Brothers and us. Before that, it is required
that man rid his heart of all notions of power and of conquest. As long
as he keeps these notions, our planet will be closed to him. Everything will be happening at once. Just like it happened to us, it
will be the same for Earth. Each star transforms itself (but not at the
same time) in relation to the role it has to play and the life it hosts.
The three planets that will be reactivated before the Earth will be the
Moon, Mars and Venus. The word `reactivation' is not correct for
Venus. Venus will be opened to Earth and to other planets. It will also
reactivate other inner energies so that other planets will be able to
receive these energies. Full Moon meditation has huge significance for us and for you. You
receive the mother energy of our planet and you also unite yourselves
with all life on this world. By the law of resonance, you give us your
Love, your strength, and we give you everything in our power. It is an
exchange beyond terrestrial consciousness, in the subtlety of life, in
the strength of Love, in the deep knowledge of life. This is happening on levels as yet inaccessible to you. You act without
taking into account the considerable scope for good and evil of all that
emanates from you. Be sure that the people of the Earth have
incalculable power in both directions. Work essentially on the positive and luminous aspect of your beings; may
this force of Light and Love emanating from you help with the
transformation, with the rebirth of other planets in your solar system,
with the transformation of your Earth and Galaxy. Everything, absolutely everything is being transformed. Another light,
another Love, another life force will arise throughout the Universe but
our solar system has a very important role to play, as it is a door, it
is a key to another birth. You, as well as all inhabitants of the solar
system, will discover this key gradually. Some of these beings are very
different from you and from us and they will have a role to play in
creating the future." I have the feeling of being at the edge of a vast empty space, of an
infinite immensity where there are no stars, nothing, and suddenly as if
by magic, all these stars, these solar systems, these galaxies are
putting on unreal and very powerful colors. We are no longer at the edge of a large empty space, but at the
beginning of an extraordinary life that is offered to us, and where we
can create abundantly. One would think that suddenly another part of the
Universe was being created. He shows me the following and says: "We will be many and we will need to be many more in order to
create, to help the Creator, as without Creative Gods we cannot generate
life because we are not yet strong enough. We can create life at our own
scale as you and all Children of this solar system and of this Galaxy
may create life at their own scale. There will be ways and great
creators all united in the same dynamic which consists in generating
perfection and beauty, and in paying respect to the Source constantly. Now we, people of the Moon who are your brothers, are beginning to have
great hope. Although our brothers from all spheres of our solar system
and beyond still worry much about you, we know that you will not harm us
much longer, at least not harm life. Measures will be taken well beyond
what you can imagine. Those who do not want to align, to awaken, will be
wiped out, yet since death does not exist they will go on to live on
other spheres, as you were already told." LIVA is very pleasant but very disconcerting. I am starting to get used
to his energy. What distracts me most is that I am feeling a lack of
joy. I would like to communicate this joy to him, but he smiles at me
and says: "We must learn as you also must learn. For us, joy represents
something else than for you. When the time comes, we will completely
integrate joy within us. We have not fully finished our renaissance, we
are not complete, and this is what you feel and you can relate to.
Neither will you be instantly complete, when you start your own profound
transformation. Even if this transformation occurs very quickly, it must
be done in stages so that it is achieved fully and life can flourish
with the greatest perfection." LIVA is saying again: "For you, people of the Earth, everything must be clear. You must
keep preparing in order to change your habits. You cannot instantly
change your way of thinking, of seeing, of loving, of feeling. You are
often getting bogged down in everything you have created, in your
habits, in all patterns that reassure you. We are not like this at all,
we think and we keep transforming ourselves through our thoughts, no
achievement gives us a feeling of security as we have no need to be
reassured. Gradually you will work differently, you will no longer need markers to
reassure you, as you will only have certainties and you will know where
you have to go. You will be restored everything, your inner knowledge
will resurface. You will no longer need to store such baggage, sometimes
very wrongly, you will be able to tap into your inner primordial
Knowledge everything you need, as you go along. This will significantly
liberate your mind which will be different, which will be really
constructive, and this will liberate you also from many errors, from
much suffering." I see now my usual guides. LIVA is still there but he is gradually
withdrawing. He makes a sign with one hand on his heart, raising the
other hand forward. He is saying: "Little sister of the Earth, I was very glad to meet you. I would so
much like to say, to explain, to show you more, but this is enough for
now. To be willing to say too much, to be willing to show too much
generates confusion in the explanations. I will come again and get back
to you some other time, and explain you more. You also would like you to see everything, to understand everything, to
know everything, but everything must be done in an orderly manner, with
precision and wisdom. Let me say goodbye to you, also to all of you. I
send you all my energy of Love and of Peace. Keep it and become familiar
with it."
