ELOHEIM: Instantaneous Manifestation ~ 10-21-09

http://eloheim.info/wordpress/?p=1600

Eloheim: Hello.
So, last week you had a long conversation with the Visionaries
regarding the idea of "what is true now," and feedback across the
board about "what is true now" is that it's really, really hard to
always pay attention to what is true now. That seems to be the most
that people said. What is true now? This is hard to do. What is
interesting to us is that you did it. Probably for the first time ever
the idea of being in the moment became a high enough priority that you
actually consistently paid attention to it more than you just paid lip
service to it.

And all these years, especially when Eckhart Tolle came out with his
book, you've been talking about being in the moment. But being in the
moment has always sort of been, "I want to be in the moment to get
something out of the moment. I need something therefore I'm going to
be in the moment."-like a parking space or something really important.
That was a joke. We're not soon going to tire of teasing you about
using all your manifesting superhero powers for parking spaces. The
charm of that has yet to wear off, so you can expect to hear about
that more than once.

The truth of the matter is that "what is true now" is a question that
you are absolutely unaccustomed to asking yourselves because "what is
true now" has always been answered with victimhood. It's always been,
"What is truly happening to me?" being what the moment's really about.
Now when you say "what is true now," and the Visionaries come along
and sort of encourage you strongly to really answer the question,
"what is true now" becomes "What is truly happening if I let the mind
take a back seat? If I don't think about what's happening but I
actually just experience what's happening. If I don't ask my mind to
give me a habitual picture of what is now possible."

And that's really why it was so hard-because you were arguing with
habit the entire time you were working the tool. You were arguing with
the patterns of habitual response that have said to you, "This is how
it is." And you've been taking the belief that you are a creator to a
completely new level because the moment no longer is about your
expression as a victim and it becomes your expression as a creator.
That is ensouling, that is looking for insight, that is deciding the
mind is limited in its ability to tell you the truth. So, that's a
lot. It took a lot of words to even say it. That's very many words to
describe a very complex process that moment by moment-which of course
means second by second or maybe minute by minute or maybe even quarter-
hour by quarter-hour that's still a whole bunch of times that you have
the opportunity to say- "what is true now, shut up habit, shut up
mind, shut up patterns of the past, shut up victimhood, shut up
training of 40 years, shut up, shut up, shut up. So that I can say
what is true now."

And the response we got back from several people is "silence," or "a
settling, a physical settling, or just a sense of I don't know,
without the fear attached. It wasn't I don't know, so I'm scared
because I don't know what I'm supposed to be afraid of in this
moment." It was "I don't know because I don't know."
That is new.

For Veronica, primarily it was a practice of feeling very, very.it
involved her core emotion a lot. We don't know if that was the truth
for you guys as well, but her core emotion got activated a lot because
it was a sense of alone, it was a sense of cutting herself off from
stimulus that had been habitually comforting-even if it's comfortably
miserable, it's still habitually comforting. So it was a cutting off,
it was an excluding, it was a making quiet, it was a making space and
then what do you find in that space. You, yourself and I. By yourself.

And then it's an opportunity to connect. Well, that opportunity to
connect bit might take a little bit longer to get into a healthy habit
with. The first step is clearing it out and then you have silence.
Well, great. Because before, you had a busy mind, so that's a lot of
progress. But as you continue to work this tool that fascination with
the moment will show up. And there's plenty to be fascinated about-but
again, and we know we've said, but we know it's important to repeat-
the fascination of the moment isn't as intense as the adrenals
pounding you with fight-or-flight. So, you're used to "I'm not bored
because I'm over-stimulated." And then you get all that out of the way
and you say, "Wow, what's interesting about this moment," and the
answer is, "sort of boring."

"Sort of boring" is simply the gateway to the fascination that's going
to lead you to bliss, but you have to say, "I don't need to be an
adrenaline junkie to believe I'm alive. I don't need to be an
adrenaline junkie in order to believe I'm safe and I don't need to be
an adrenaline junkie in order to find meaning in this life." Homo
spiritus does not run on adrenaline junkie energy. Homo spiritus runs
on fascination. Homo sapiens: adrenaline junkie. Homo spiritus:
fascination. So, the messy middle-ground is the space between where
you start cutting off all that over-stimulation and then letting the
beauty of the Homo spiritus fascination show itself to you. And going
"that's important," remembering, of course, that change is challenging
but habitual response is painful, and you've really learned enough
from pain.

So, you are in a messy middle-ground, you are in a challenging space,
and we just wanted to make sure that you knew you weren't alone in
that. We've got some other things that we want to talk about but we
just wanted to open it up shortly for you all to tell us your
experiences with that if anybody has anything they want to share.

Comment: Well, I had a lot of feelings.

Eloheim: You have feelings! Wonderful. What kind of feelings?

Response: Spontaneously irritable. On the verge of insanity once or
twice. Kind of a confusing, uncomfortable place. I haven't felt like
that in a long time. It was irritating.

Eloheim: Yes, irritating to be irritable. And part of the irritating
to be irritable is the discomfort with the general state of things.
This doesn't feel safe, it doesn't feel comfortable, there's no sense
of security, there's no sense of certainty, there's nothing to fall
back on. And yeah, irritability's a good one. Veronica even went into
depression for a little while there where she's like, "I'm depressed.
I feel depressed about not.there's no groove." There's no groove. So,
your body's reaction to being that much outside of the comfort zone
even though the comfort zone is not comfortable, let's be clear, but
to be outside of your comfort zone that much it sort of starts to
flail around, it doesn't quite know what to do. So, it puts it in
places, irritability, sadness, depression, frustration, maybe acting
out. Maybe if you like to have a beer you have six instead, that kind
of thing. It's like, "I don't know what's going on.: We also got an e-
mail today from a woman who said, "I found gratitude in traffic. I
didn't know that was possible." So, you see? Just get over the hump.
We just got to get you guys over the hump. Anybody else? You said you
had frustration?

Response: Felt like a violin that was being tuned and strung.

Response: Felt out of sorts. Crazed and disconnected. Hung up on
neutral observation.

Eloheim: A really important aspect of this is that when you're having
this completely-we'll just call it out of sorts-your emotional system
gets involved, and when your emotional system gets involved it's
really important not to judge but to observe. And by observe we mean
third party in the room. So, "Wow I'm really tempted to be irritable
right now and I can feel my body wanting to be irritable," and it's
almost like you say, "Body you can be irritable all you want but I'm
going to be consciously irritable. I will acknowledge the body needs
to cry, it needs to shout, maybe it needs to pound on a pillow, it
wants to be irritable." But it's not that you let it take over you
like a two-year-old having a tantrum, where that's their complete
existence. It's, "I'm going to observe how this irritability is acting
in my life."

So, that's the neutral observation of emotion, is the body may need to
have that expression but you do not let the body then run with it.
You're the adult in the conversation. It's like, "OK, body, you're
acting like a two-year-old and I get it that you're cleansing,
transforming, detoxing, but I don't have to let my consciousness be
consumed by the need for the body to express the emotion it's having."
So, like you said, you tried to go back to neutral observation,
obviously your daughter's ill and you're in the hospital and that's
very, very challenging and your body is going to have a reaction to
that. But there's also that part of you that says, "I recognize the
body's having a reaction but I'm not going to let go of the fact that
I'm observing the reaction as much as possible rather than being the
reaction."

Response: But that's so hard.

Eloheim: It's very hard. And it's hard to come up with that line and
when the children are involved it's almost impossible.

Comment: When it has to do with me I can do the work and try to be
conscious, but when there's another person involved I get hooked and
not neutral at all.

Eloheim: Yeah. And the only thing you can really do is to say, I'm
just going to keep trying and I'm not going to judge myself when I
slip out of it. I'm going to next time try to stay in neutral
observation longer or stop myself once I realize I'm being carried
away with it." At some point, you might say, "Oh my God, I'm
completely losing it here. I'm not neutral and I'm really engaging on
a low-vibrational space," and you may be able to just say, "I'm
stopping."

Comment: So, you're neutral but you're saying you're neutrally
observing your body having these responses of judgment or blaming.?

Eloheim: No, not judging and blaming because those are states of
consciousness. We're talking about emotions. So, if the body's crying
or irritable or there's frustration, those aren't judgment states.
Those are the body saying, "I have an expression." The body is saying
"I am (blank)." And you say, "OK, body, I understand you may need to
express that." The best one is crying because everybody knows every
once in a while you just need to cry. So, to judge that you need to
cry that would be being conscious and judging. To observe "I'm crying,
I'm experiencing crying, I can feel the crying but I'm not going to
decide that I am immobilized or overwhelmed by it." Like we talked
about one time, to try to put the emotion in the middle of the circle
and observe it.

So, it's still giving your body the detox effect but it's not, you're
not being taken away by it. And it's a very fine line and it's hard
really to describe, but when you're in it you can flirt with it and
see where you learn how to do it. And we've seen it in action, so we
know it works. But part of what we experienced this last week is the
judgment when the body decides it needs to have an emotion. So, be
careful you don't judge the emotion, as much as you are conscious of
the emotion. So, judging the emotion says, "It's not OK to cry." Being
conscious of the emotion says, "I'm going to respect that the body is
showing me a clear need but I'm not going to attach this cry to all
the other times in my life I cried, which would have been lower
vibrational experiences because I wasn't as conscious back then. I'm
going to see what it's like to have a conscious cry," is really what
we're getting at. "I'm going to see what it's like to be consciously
irritated. I'm going to see what it's like to be consciously
frustrated." And that's, "I'm really damn frustrated right now." And
that's all it is. Instead of throwing something because you're
frustrated, you watch the fact that you have the desire to throw
something because you're frustrated.

The language for this we're still evolving because this is real
cutting-edge stuff. To have an emotion that you allow your body to
have the cleansing but you observe consciously. This is kind of like
that thing where we talk about how the mouth takes in both air and
food and you can let that do two different jobs. In a sense you're
letting your emotional system have two different jobs. It has the body
part and it has the consciousness part. The body part is the
cleansing, the detoxing, the releasing, and the consciousness part is
the observing and the "What am I learning from this? What is this
teaching me? Why am I irritated? Am I connecting this irritation to
other irritations or am I just having this moment of irritation?"

For Veronica it felt like if she had an emotional experience that was
somehow backsliding or failing, whereas really it was the body saying,
"I need to release some of this tension that's being built up by this
continuous attention to 'what is true now,' which has got me out of
sorts," as we previously defined out of sorts. The body's like, "I
don't know what to do with all this out of sorts," and Veronica's
decision was, "Well, you can't do what you're doing because that's not
very spiritual and that's not very advanced," and it felt like
backsliding to her. So, the difference is to observe and allow the
body to have what it needs but again not like the two-year-old having
a tantrum where it's the consuming experience of their life and
there's nothing else present. With the knowing that you're allowing
the body to have the expression it needs while observing and learning
from that knowing. This is high-level stuff.

Question: I'm tired a lot. Before I went to sleep I said OK, I'm going
to be awake when I wake up. Now that I've been paying attention to
that, I'm awake, I'm present, but in the back of my mind there's still
"I'm tired." Does my body need to sleep more? Because it's become a
definition of who I am.

Eloheim: Pu-ber-ty. Puberty. Puberty. Most kids your age are trying to
sleep until 11:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00 if they can get away with it.
He's got the alarm clock and he's mad and saying, "Why am I not awake?
Why am I not awake?" Pu-berty. Again, you're not 50 yet, are you even
15 yet? Oh, jeez you're not even close! Being 14-½ means "I sleep a
lot" and 14-½ means "if my body says I need to sleep, I need to
sleep!" We've already talked to you about the fact that you and your
body have got to make friends in a new way, and you are in an
emotional and physical growth spurt right now. So, how did we say it
to the older people in the room? If you're tired, sleep. How do we say
it to the 14-½ year old? Sleep! Please! Sleep when you need to sleep.
Sleep when you need to sleep. Sleep when you need to sleep. We went
through this whole sleep thing about six months ago with all these
guys. We would like for you to let your body give you information
about what it needs. Remember, you're building the boat. You're
building the boat. Don't use cheap ass lumber to build the boat. OK?

Response: Even if it rules your life, sleeping?

Eloheim: There's a lot to be learned in the sleep state. There's a lot
to be gained in the sleep state. And if you stop judging it.did you
see that? That was red! That was red. We saw it. So, how about this?
How about, "I know I want to accelerate my spiritual life and I know
there are things I want to learn," and you have a list, we know you
have a list, so pick one off your list, when you get into bed say,
"OK, fine, sleep rule my life, but let's kick down some information
about this when you're doing so." And go to sleep until you're done
sleeping and wake up and see what new things you know. So, program or
make a request for your sleep state to further your spiritual goals
but you must, (How often do we say must? Never. The only one we ever
say must to is this kid, right?) you must sleep and you must eat and
you must drink a lot of water. You must, must, must, you must, it's
just a non-negotiable need.

Somehow you think that this is a bad idea to sleep a lot because you
think that the waking state is more valuable. But this time the
sleeping state is equally valuable and maybe you're not learning all
the things you think you need to learn, but you're learning other
things that we know you need. And your bone marrow is getting to do
its bone marrow thing and your blood is getting to do its blood thing.
All that stuff that has to happen in order for you to actually be able
to apply what you're learning in a productive and constructive and
appropriate way. Remember we told you that it's like rolling out the
mat and you're rolling out the mat and the table is too small and
then, oops?

We have taken it on as one of our missions to make sure your table's
big enough and your boat floats. So, every time you come we're going
to give you the same story. So, in order to get new information from
us, (see we know how to work this kid) you have to show up with your
boat strong and your table growing and then we'll give you new
information. But until then you're just going to get, what's that
called? It's on repeat. You may as well just buy the tape and keep
playing it because it's all we're going to be able to say to you.
Because it's the most important thing. We tell you guys the cutting
edge of what's true. For you, build a good boat. We need your boat or
we wouldn't hassle you like this. If it wasn't important you know what
we'd say. Screw it, do this other thing instead. It's important. You
believe that, right? Because we don't want you to think we're just
screwing with you.

Comment: The way he explained it: the back of you? Something is going
on? For me it drops down and all of a sudden I feel like I'm dead,
there's no gas in the car. I can be perky and then all of a sudden,
I'm gone. I fall asleep right where I am. It's not a deep sleep-it's
that half-awake state. It's like there's a download going on.

Comment: I have something to add. I had mono for a year-and-a-half,
which was kind of my body saying "stop now," but I didn't. I knew that
I was going to be tired anyway, so why give in to it?

Eloheim: Or you can say, "What if I open to insight and neutrally
observed it and saw that there was a completely different way to do it
if I just didn't stay like a train on a track headed out west?
Thinking that was my only option." That's part of this, too. You've
got this big brain and every once in a while we just feel like we have
to kick you so that you jump out of the track you stay on and see that
there are other options. Because boy, when you sink your teeth into
something! And then he gets tired and he says, "Why am I so tired?"
You're going to just get the same answer no matter what you say.
There's so much there. This is a really good example of what we've
been talking about, about the messy middle ground. Now, all of you
here who are twice or three or five times older than him can say you
see it clear as day. Oh yeah, you need to take care of your body,
blah, blah, blah.

Remember we talked about when you get out of fight-or-flight and the
adrenaline response and you move into being in an insight place, how
there's a decrease in stimulus and you go through the messy middle-
ground of "I don't think anything's happening," or "maybe I'm making a
mistake," or "this isn't working." This is the story with Jack. The
over-stimulating, keep going, go, go, go, go, pit-bull got my teeth in
it thing, that's one way to do it. But there's an easier, more
interesting, more fascinating, deeper, more powerful, more fabulous
way to do it. And so we're kicking him around all the time to get him
out of the pit-bull mode to make sure he does his next 14 years with a
brain that can open.

It's like you're a rose bud and we want you to be a flower. Because
when you're a flower there's all kinds of places for bees to get in
there. So, we're just trying to open that bud. And you've got a
mindset that says, "if I treat my body this way I'm going to get where
I want to go faster." And we're going, "But where you're going to end
up is not a fun place." That's why we're bugging you. So, you're all
doing a similar thing and Jack is being a wonderful scriptholder, so
you can all go, "Oh, I see what's going on with him. Oops, that means
I know something's going on with me." And what you're seeing is, "Oh
yeah, that over-stimulated, balls-to-the-wall, pedal-to-the-metal,
isn't the only path," but the adrenaline, the fear, all that, is what
that's telling you you have to be. So, you can see with this example
that there's another option.

Response: How do I regulate or prioritize all the stuff that's going
on?

Eloheim: OK. We're going to say it another way. You realize that when
you drive a car you don't drive a car with your right foot smashed to
the floorboard the whole time. You realize that there's a brake and
there's gears and you shift and you go different speeds. We're just
going to leave you with that idea. That you don't always go full-
blast. When you always go full-blast you tend to stop fast and
painfully. You like to go full-blast. If you don't start learning how
to go through the gears your body will either bail out on you or
you'll have to have some kind of a big calamity in order to force you
to slow down. Neither one of those are ideal. Especially-we don't want
anything messing around with your big brain, right? Well that balls-to-
the-wall kind of action attracts an equally intense (smack). You want
balance. Right in that nice sweet spot.

All right. So, we have something else we want to start in on if we
feel like you guys feel you've covered enough about that thing. So, we
brought something we want to pass around. Just pass that around
quickly. When you have it in your hand, have a moment and pass it
around. For those of you who aren't here and you're listening to this
later, we're passing around a $50 bill, it is real, it's legal tender.
And we have a darn good reason why we're passing around legal tender.
Just let yourself have an interaction with it. See what it tells you.
See what you know about it. See how you react to it. And we're going
to ask you to be really honest here pretty soon because there's no
point in lying to yourselves.

(While bill is being passed) Veronica likes $50's for that very
reason. You know when you've got a $50. She keeps all her money wadded
up in her purse. She never has any idea how much money she has. She
doesn't subscribe to the Suze Orman version of taking care of your
money. She likes for her money to have sex. She believes it breeds.
She thinks $50s are especially horny. They have lots of sex. She very
much likes to carry around $50s around because they make babies. $50s
make $50 babies. She's had that happen twice where a $50 has appeared
in her bag. She has a special relationship to 50-dollar-bills.
Whenever she spends a $50 she does it with extreme consciousness.
Because of that reason, you don't see them all that often. You see
$100s more than $50s. You go to a bank and they give you $20s and
$100s. But we like to think of a $50 as a Homo spiritus bill.

So, we're going to ask you a question and then we're going to ask what
that question does in you and we want you to tell the truth. And it's
extremely important for both your growth and the growth of the rest of
the group that you actually tell the truth.

Manifest a $50 right now. Right now. Instantaneously manifest in the
palm of your hand a $50 bill right now. You just held one.

OK, so now we're going to go around the circle and you're going to
tell us please what that request did inside of you.

Response: Amusingly scared.

Response: Went to the doing mode and searched for a non-doing mode.
Drew it towards me.

Response: $50 didn't appear.

Response: I want to make a $50 appear.

Response: I would like five.

Response: I thought, "Oh good, now it's going to happen."

Response: The first split-second you don't think you can't do it and
then when you realize you're serious, then I'm seriously going to try
and I have an expectation that maybe it would happen.

Response: Impossible and then my hand started tingling like it's so
close.

Response: Core emotion thing for me. I used to be able to do that and
now I can't and I'm pissed about it. And then well, it will happen
with a very long delay period.

Response: I'm very thankful that you asked that because I know I can
manifest things like that but I've been aware that I cannot and should
not and was supposed to be here and do this 3-D.

Response: I froze.

Eloheim: Thank you for being honest. Pretty much you're all in the
same boat. Yeah, it would be cool. So, where we're going with this is
that you want to instantaneously manifest not just money but
everything. That's the point of Homo spiritus is that your interaction
with the physical realm both within your body and external to your
body is "under your control" or influence. We suspected that your
answers would be similar to what they were and we're going to suggest
that you missed the point, we're gently suggesting that you missed the
point very, very profoundly, all of you, and we don't say that in a
judgment way but we wanted to make a dramatic example of how this idea
of 'what is true now' is hard to implement but important.

Because no one said "I don't know anything in this moment. I don't
know anything." So, when we said manifest a $50 bill no one said "I
don't anything in this moment, I'm going to move the past and the
future out, I'm going to open to insight." That wasn't the path that
any of you took. You all went to old patterns that have never worked.
So, we wanted this to be a dramatic and gentle slap, a non-Visionary
ass-kicking, in the sense that we recognized that the money thing
would immediately trigger you guys, so it was the perfect thing to use
rather than using anything else we knew that would be the perfect
thing to trigger you guys into old patterns. But we wanted to show you
how easy it is for you to lose sight of your tools and how easy it is
to lose sight of what we're showing you actually has an impact and to
go into habit.

So now, we're not going to pass the money around again but let's
together all at the same time say, "I'm ready to manifest a $50 bill."
The first step is whenever you're trying to use something new,
especially when you're trying to bring in a superhero power, whenever
you're trying to open up to that kind of new possibility the first
thing to say is, "I don't know anything in this moment about this,"
because you don't. You've never been in this moment asking this
question before. So, that's not a lie. That's not a crutch. That's not
a coping mechanism. It is the truth. And you know what truth does. It
immediately puts you in high-vibration. So, your responses earlier
took you into lower-vibrational states, into the past, into lack,
wherever they took you.

So, immediately by saying "I don't know how to do it," or "I don't
know anything about it," that becomes the truth it clears the decks,
it sort of starts you over. And it starts you over where? Right here.
Not back to the beginning, but right here and now. So, "I don't know
anything about it.: So, we say, "Manifest a $50 bill," and you
immediately say, "I don't know anything about it." Not "I'm
disempowered." Not "I can't do it. I don't know anything about it."
Then you monitor for the past and the future. That's the next step.
You monitor for "it's never worked before, I've been trying so hard."
Or the future. "Will it be a real bill? Will I be caught passing fake
currency? How will I know that it's OK to spend it? Is it OK to do
5-D tricks in the 3-D world?" All that stuff comes in.

So, "I don't know anything about this," monitor for the past and the
future, and then check in with the biological response. Because a
couple of you said fear came up. You froze. So, there is a biological
response that also kicks in, which is that "Oh my God, I'm doing
something new, new gets me dead." We've talked about that enough
times. So, "I don't know anything about this," monitoring the past and
the future, checking in on any biological response. The keeping track
of the biological responses that are rising in you and the past and
the future trying to sneak back in is a constant, multi-tasking thing
you have to do while you're also asking for insight from your soul.

This isn't beginner stuff but this is the pattern that exists in all
of your opportunities to ask "what is true now." This is the
mechanism; this is the gears of what is true now. "What is true now? I
don't know." Because "I don't know" takes the brain out of the
equation. It takes the thinking-it takes the limitation of thought-out
of the equation. Maybe we shouldn't say brain. We should say "I don't
know" takes the limitation of thought out of the equation. Monitoring
the past, the future, and the biological response helps you to clear
space for insight from your soul to use your brain, the organ of your
brain, to give you new information about the opportunity. Then once
you have insight from your soul you have an opportunity to be
fascinated by a new experience without having to be driven by fear.
That's the mechanism. That's why it's exhausting. And that's why it
gets you irritated because that's a lot. But for years we've been
talking about habitual response and you're finally at a point where
you can combine these three, four, five tools to actually have
something else instead of habitual response.

Now, will that mean you'll manifest $50 bills? It just might. But
it'll also mean that you'll have a different reaction to interruptions
of your life from clients and spouses and kids and confusing things
that happen when you're in the car and at the grocery store and when
things don't go the way they're "supposed" to go, and all those other
things you're creating within yourself. A new pattern, and that new
pattern requires attention and one of the main things is remembering
to run the new pattern.

It's like footfall and they've been doing the run-run, run, run-and
they keep getting tackled and tackled and tackled and finally someone
says, "Damn it, we should throw the ball. Let's throw the ball this
time." Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. You have been
running into the other team and getting knocked on your ass over and
over and over again. It's been painful. You're done learning through
pain, so now we're going to learn through something else-and the
something else is insight from the soul, processed by the organ of the
brain, and put into play in your life. All the while being sure that
you don't demand that it be equal in intensity to the adrenaline
response that you're accustomed to-because you deserve a break from
that adrenaline response and only you can choose for something other
than an adrenaline-based life. Wade through the messy middle-ground of
getting used to something else in order to experience bliss-bliss
being a state that has no opposite because everything that occurs is
fascinating-leading you to experience it as bliss rather than the up
down, bad, good, right, wrong, negative, positive, judgment-based,
adrenaline-based, fear-based operating system you've been in all these
years.

We have been leading up to being able to express to you with a really
strong example that whole package of tools for about a year now. The
Visionaries made it really clear last week that bringing yourself into
an agreement with your own life that each moment is asked "What is
true now? I don't know and I want to know. I want to know what is true
now and I access what is true now by past and future and biological
responses being monitored, opening up to the insight from my soul."
Not demanding that it be an adrenaline-based reaction, and then
learning and being fascinated and exploring what you have revealed to
you, knowing-very important that you know-that the insight from your
soul may just feel like you are relaxed for the first time in forty
years. And that may be absolutely all you need to know about "what is
true now" and not saying that's not enough." Because there has to be a
time when the body gets to say, "Oh, thank God we're done with that
other thing." And that might take a week, a month, six months, who
knows, before you actually start getting something beyond that, but
that in itself is a fascinating shift. If you go from "Oh my God I'm
so mad because I'm in traffic," to "Hang on, what is true now, I don't
know, past and future out, monitoring the biological response, opening
up to my soul," and you go, "Ohhhh," that's plenty, that's a damned
fine first step.

Question: So, how does conscious creating fit into that process?

Eloheim: So, conscious creating, you cook along in your life and let's
say-what's something you want to create? So, let's just say it's time
for supper and you think it would be nice to go across the way and get
a big pizza and some cokes for the kids. OK, so you need pizza and
cokes and you think, "OK, I want to get pizza and cokes. That's my
idea, that's my impulse," (or my aha or my inspiration). You say,
"Alright, I don't know anything about that. I don't know anything
about pizza and cokes. I know how I've done it in the past, I can
project about how I'd do it in the future, I have a biological
response telling me I'm an idiot for even considering that I don't
know anything about pizza and cokes-well, OK, I'll just keep working
with that." And then you say, "What's the insight from my soul? And
what really happens if I ask this question just from this moment?" And
it may be, "I don't really want pizza and cokes. Actually if I don't
decide ahead of time I'm too tired to cook maybe I'd have more fun
cooking," or, or, or. You don't know. But there's this program that
says, "I'm hungry, I'm tired, I'm getting pizza and Coke's," or
there's the programming that says, "God, I wish I had new clothes but
I can't afford them," or the programming that says "Man, I'm really
lonely but I just don't feel like reaching out to anybody because no
one's going to want to spend time with me," or whatever you've got
going on.

"I don't know but I want to know and the way I'm going to learn is
past and the future out of the moment, biological response monitored,
opening up to my soul," and then experiencing the fascination of what
you find there and not expecting with your brains-no your minds, your
thinking-what you're going to get. See, that's really what screws the
whole thing up. If you go through the whole process and you get to "OK
I'm opening up to my soul,: and then you let your mind tell you what
to expect, that's "oops." That's where you have to really watch
yourself because you say, "Past and future, cleared some space,
biological response, OK I feel good, OK, I'm opening up to my insight
from my soul," and your mind goes, "You want pizza and coke," and
you're like, "Hang on, I know I want pizza and coke but I'm looking
for something else maybe." Now it could be that your soul is saying
pizza and coke is a good idea. Chances are if you're really getting a
strong connection to your soul it's going to come through in a
different way than you've heard it before, even if it's the same
information, because your soul wants you to know it's your soul.

This is going to take a little bit of practice, so don't beat
yourselves up if you don't hear the voice of God in your ear every
time you open to your soul. Don't think you're screwing up. You're
getting to know your soul in an intimate way and you're getting to
know how this works. So, if you open up to the insight from your soul
and then you find yourself thinking-you know what thinking feels like.
Remember what we said last week or the Visionaries said last week-if
it's more than 10 words it's not from your soul. Because thinking is
going to go around and around and you're like, "Oh, hang on! I already
had all those thoughts before I went through the trouble of opening up
to my soul." So, that's where you have to be strict with yourself.
That choose and choose again comes up. Because you can get the past
and future out of the moment, monitor the biological response, open up
to the insight from your soul and have thinking start and then you
choose again to choose again.

Question: How do you end up with the $50 if that's what your mind is
saying you want?

Eloheim: Yeah, but you don't know if the $50 is actually what you
want. You believe the $50 is what you want but you don't know, so you
say, "OK, I think I need 50 bucks because by the way I should actually
put some gas in the car so we can make it all the way from Chicago to
Sonoma and I think 50 bucks is what I need." Right? That's a good
example, good enough. Then you say, "I need 50 bucks to put gas in the
car." So, OK, my point is "I need $50 for gas in the car. If I set the
past and the future out," and the past isn't "I've never thought of a
$50 bill or I've never thought of gas." The past is "how I've gotten
that in the past." The past is "I have to work for it." The past is
"someone has to give it to me." The past is that sort of stuff. You're
allowed to remember that $50's exist. So, it's the "how I've solved
this problem in the past" you're not allowed to keep focusing on. That
mind thing. You're not allowed to let the mind tell you the only way
you can get this is the way you got it in the past. The future is "if
we don't find a $50 we won't make it to Sonoma. We'll run out of gas,
we'll be stranded, we'll die." Almost always there's a "we're going to
die" in there somewhere. "I'm going to die!" And yet you keep living!
It's amazing.

So, the past and the future are gone and then there's the biological
response. That's that, you know, you froze, you were in fear, you were
in confusion, whatever everybody went through. "The idea of opening to
a new option scares the crap out of me." OK, because that's the get
you dead thing. The body really wants a narrow experience. It wants to
keep having experiences that haven't killed it yet. So when you start
opening to new experiences it says, "Danger, danger, danger." That's
what we mean by past, future, monitoring the biological response. So,
now you're at a point where there's some open space and you say to
your soul, "I believe I need $50 for gas," and all of a sudden the gas
gauge goes up because there's just gas in the car. Or a $50 blows by
in the wind. Or somebody says, "You know what? I just won the lotto.
I'm filling everybody's tank that's here at the gas station." You
don't know.

That's when you open up to more options because you're not creating
your reality from the limited mindset that your thinking process has
given you as options in the past, and you're not limiting your options
by things that you can feel safe with that you can project into the
future, and you're not limiting options by things that don't scare the
crap out of your body. You're opening up to more options by clearing
space and holding that space open. So, how do you get it? We don't
know and that's the best news you've ever heard from us. We don't
know, come and tell us. That's like we've said in the past, really
what we're doing is we're turning a whole bunch of five-year-olds
loose in a room filled with paints and crayons and colors and clay and
you name it. And there's a big shower and fluffy towels over here and
it's, "Go nuts because you can't make a mess in this room-it's all
hermetically sealed-we'll just spray it off when you're done, make us
a picture, show us who you are." That's what we're saying to you. Show
yourselves who you are by clearing out the low-vibration, Homo sapiens
way of experiencing Earth. Bring in the soul and combine that with
your Homo sapiens life to evolve into Homo spiritus that can show us
the potential that we suspect is present in each of you. That's really
what this whole thing's been about. And it's where we're at.

Question: I'm not really focused on materializing the $50, I'm more
concerned with finding what it is I truly do want. Is there any way to
manifest what you really want? What if I'm in the Amazon and send a
seed in an envelope to someone, and want that to manifest into a $50
by the time it reaches them?

Eloheim: The answer to your question is very much the answer to Jack's
question, which is we really don't know how your unique expression of
this truth will show up. Your unique expression is the best we have to
give you now is that series of tools that we just lined out and how
that shows up. So, if your soul says, "Wow put a seed in that envelope
and send it back and when it gets to that person there just might be a
$50 there instead of a seed," that may just be exactly what you hear
and we could go around the circle and everyone else would hear
something different. And that's the beauty of the expression of your
soul combined with you, Sasha, the personality self, having an
experience in this wondrous place called Earth. There's no right
answer, there's no one answer. There are infinite answers and it's
just you and your soul deciding which of those infinite answers is the
one you're going to do next. And it's not just, of course, about a $50
bill-it's about getting needs met but it's also about exploration.
It's about having the fascination, the fascinating experience and
expression of the truth of you. What is true now? You're going to have
a fascinating expression of ensouled Sasha in relation to other people
and that might involve seeing if a seed turns into a $50 bill when you
put it in the mail and it might involve something completely different
but it's going to be your unique expression of ensouled Sasha.

Comment: It's not about the results, it's your reaction to this desire
and just exploring that.

Eloheim: Exactly. It isn't about the outcome right now. It's about the
process. The process as we showed earlier needs to become a little
more rooted in you-if you liked this process. If you don't like this
process throw it out the window, we don't care, but if you like the
process and you want to flirt with it, put it into play. And what will
be very, very interesting is when you all come back to us-and it might
not be this week and it might not be next week and it might be a year
from now-but you tend to bring stories back when you say, "OK I did
it, this is the insight I got from my soul, and this is what happened
next." Just like with the little kids-"I came into the room and I
found the clay and look what I made." It's the same exact thing, to
us, it's the same exact thing. It's just turn loose a bunch of five-
year-olds with art supplies, but instead you're a bunch of whatever-
year-olds going, "I want to live in bliss. And bliss doesn't mean I
manifest $50 instantaneously. Bliss means I connect with my soul and
experience the ensouled version of me," which is fascinating, which
leads to a state that has no opposite because it's a state of
fascination rather than a state of right, wrong, up, down, good, bad.
Now, we are purposely and consciously waving this $50 bill around and
we see you periodically looking at it. So, what does that bring up in
you when you see it floating around?

Comment: Still thankful that we have currency to work with.

Comment: I'm focusing on-if you can set your physical response out
here and just look at it?

Eloheim: OK, so we'll just run it through with you right now because
money is your trigger anyway. So, you're the perfect one to run this
through. So, we say Randy manifest a $50. What's the first thing that
comes to mind?

Response: Right now, I can't.

Eloheim: Yes. "I can't: is the past. So, "I feel I can't and my
response to 'I can't' is 'I don't know anything about this.' " Chances
are you are going to get "I can't, it never worked before," something
like that. So, "I can't. Ah, interesting, that's the past. I don't
know anything about this in the moment." So, when we say that what's
the next thing that hits you?

Response: Stomach gets a little ..

Eloheim: And what word is attached to your stomach?

Response: Fear.

Eloheim: And what are you afraid of feeling?

Response: Not being able to do it.

Eloheim: OK, there you go. That's the future. "I'm afraid I will fail
again. It's never worked before. I'm going to fail again." See, that's
how the future sneaks in. So you're wedged between. What was the past
one?

Response: I can't.

Eloheim: "I can't and I'm going to fail."

Randi: And I'm not going to be able to do it.

Eloheim: So, as you can imagine, right there, and you know this is one
of our favorite words: you're totally fucked, right? If you're even
going to try, before you even try, you immediately say, "It's never
worked before and it's not going to work in the future so I'm fucked."
Because if you're creating the next moment from this moment you're
creating it from "There's no fucking way." So, there you go. See why
we bring this up?

So, the past we did, the future you did, now the biological response
also was in there. The stomach ache. So, then OK, let's address that
directly. Wow, stomach. You're acting like there's a saber-toothed
tiger here. There's no asking, "Am I in physical danger?" Remember
that tool? "Am I in physical danger?" Randy, manifest a $50 bill.
We're not holding a gun to you, right? So, the body is telling you
that you should be afraid when you logically, rationally, have
absolutely no reason to be afraid. So, that's when you have to say to
yourself "Am I in physical danger? No." Now, that might not make your
stomach stop hurting but it will break that response that says, "I
have to feel like I'm going to get dead." So, we did the past, these
are great examples by the way. We did the past, we did the future, we
did a biological response. So, now if we said you, Randy, create a $50
bill.

Response: I don't know anything.

Eloheim: You don't know anything.

Response: And then it went, whoop! And I'm just sitting here blank.

Eloheim: Blank. Yay, blank! We're happy about blank. Blank is like a
light year away from fucked. Like if you're fucked here and blank
here, blank is great! Yay, blank! You overachieving big-brained
lightworkers that we adore-did you ever imagine you'd be like, "Blank
is great!" Never. But here we are! Blank is great! All right, "I
really don't know. I don't know anything about this." What's the aha?

Response: What I get is I don't need it right now.

Eloheim: Exactly. Yeah!! It's official. It works! We can retire. Not
yet, but soon! Veronica's gonna have to tell a whole story about what
just happened. All right, she has to interrupt to tell the story. Holy
shit, they're so fucking happy right now. Back to us. Just a moment.

Because you don't need it right now. Remember God doesn't waste and
money especially it flows, it doesn't grow and how many times have we
said are you worrying about money at a time when you don't need money.
That's habit. That's a place to stick anxiety. It's a cubbyhole to
stick whatever low-level or high-level anxiety you have floating
around in your body-you can always worry about money. It's socially
acceptable. You can always talk about the weather and you can always
worry about money. Those are three things, breathing, weather, and
money, you're good. You're golden. Anybody in the world will talk to
you about those three things. Anybody will share breathing with you,
talk about weather, and worry about money with you. Even
bazillionnaires will worry about money with you if you want to. So,
you don't need money right now.

Response: And I actually feel good.

Eloheim: Now, would you say that that's kind of a bliss-y kind of
feeling?

Response: Yeah. Absolutely. That's the word.

Eloheim: We really need buttons that make sound effects. Angels sing!
The lights go on! Rainbows, puppies for everyone! You see? And that's
on your biggest trigger. OK, so let's say you're in a situation where
you're at the grocery store and you need money. Same thing. You do the
same thing. You just do the same thing.

Response: It feels so possible.

Eloheim: So, you went from "It's never worked, it'll never work, I'm
afraid," to possibilities.

Response: In that amount of time. It's been months and weeks and
years.

Eloheim: Anybody willing to flirt with this for a week?

Question: This sounds good and is an exciting thing except how do I do
that in the space with other people. And how do I tune out the other
folks?

Eloheim: Practice. It's just a practice thing. So, maybe you just do
it when you're alone, and we know that's not all that often.

Response: I need the inspiration in the moment because that's when I
react. So, I just sit in the moment and say, "I don't know anything
about this?"

Eloheim: Yeah, "I don't know anything about this." Now remember, "I
don't know anything about this" isn't your excuse to have absolutely
no responsibility in the situation, go numb and tune out. "I don't
know anything about this" means "I've never encountered this
experience before given the vibrational level and the fact that it's
October 21, 2009 at 9:45." Legitimately you've never had this
experience before. Your temptation, your habit, is to base your
reaction to this experience on the past. What we're saying is let's
see if the moment can reveal something more authentic to you and as
you saw in Randy's example, it did.

Comment: We'll ultimately live moment to moment as Homo spiritus.

Eloheim: We believe that that is a distinct possibility and it's not
that far away. And we call it living from aha to aha because the
insight from your soul often will feel, once you get through the messy
middle ground, will feel like that light bulb going off. Because it'll
be something brand-new, just like Randy experienced it. Something
brand-new and the emotions attached to it were brand-new emotion.
Feeling may be a better word than emotion- that "Oh! Yeah, good idea,
let's do that."

Comment: So we take the things that have triggered us in the past and
be in that neutral space.

Eloheim: If they come up. They may not need to come up ever again. And
if they do, yeah. You practice it, this is an important point, is that
you do this tool all the time so that when something intense happens
it's there for you. It's just like in the past we've said if you want
to get to know your guides you better damned well get to know them
when you're just deciding whether or not to go to the store today, so
that if something major comes down you're not trying to rely on guides
you don't have any relationship with. Well, now you know we completely
skipped over the guides now. They're there but we don't talk to them
because we go straight to the soul because you're working on ensouling
yourself, not working on connecting to your guides. Your guides, if
anything, are facilitating your connection to your soul. So, if you
had a connection with your guides in the past and they start to get
more quiet, they're making space for you to connect with your soul. We
want to go straight to the big guns. Guides were good in the meantime,
but if you're really serious about ensouling and living as a Homo
spiritus and an ascended being you've got to go to the next layer.

Comment: A couple of times in the last month I've heard a very
distinct voice say my name.

Eloheim: That's nice. How did you react to it?

Response: Hmm. I wonder what that is?

Eloheim: And you stopped at that point, that "Hmm, I wonder what that
is?"

Response: OK, I'm just seeing what you have to say.

Eloheim: And then be careful that you don't demand that it's words.

Response: It's so clearly a voice, rather than just thought or
something.

Eloheim: Sure. And it could continue to be words but it may just be
that's just the attention-getting thing and then there's a more subtle
way of experiencing it. So again, it's very similar to you opening up
to your emotional body. It's like, "Oh, OK, I'm paying attention now
to what's truly going on in my entire system. I'm not demanding it
comes at me in my brain. Yes, I will hear you. Hear and go straight to
my brain. Forget the rest of my body. I don't hear you. Will you speak
louder?" It's fun. You're all such brainiacs. We just enjoy so much
your big brains and every once in a while yes, we do have fun sort of
teasing you about it but it's no coincidence that you big brains
assemble on Wednesdays.

Comment: So, you're in the supermarket and you need money. So, now
there is a saber-toothed tiger in the room.

Eloheim: Which is, "If I don't have money I don't get food."

Response: So, how do you do that? You do the exact same thing?

Eloheim: You do the same exact thing but we would recommend strongly
that you don't let it get to that point. So you don't get to the point
where you have no money and you're in a grocery store starving to
death. That's probably not the best place to start this tool. And
thank God you have a mom and a dad and people who don't let you get
starved because you're one of these middle-class people who has time
(hierarchy of needs-you're familiar with that?-you can look it up) you
actually have time to be spiritual. So, let's not create situations
where you have to be desperate to be spiritual. So, let's practice in
situations where you're not starving to death because you've brought
yourself into an incarnation where you're not and some people have and
that's a lot of suffering, chosen suffering, but we're not going to
pretend we're in that. What we could say is just practice all the time
because we see very readily that you all could have things that
instantaneously or immediate or imminent. So, just use the tool, just
use it, we'll get to talk to you about it some more. So, you've got a
week to kick it around. All of you do.

Time? Oh, then we're going. That's enough anyway. That's plenty.
You've got plenty to work with. You got the full measure. You're all
in abundance of stuff to practice. We are feeling pleased with how the
meeting went. We are feeling satisfied with the presentation of this
information. We had a good practical rubber-meets-the-road night. None
of this woo woo, out there, stuff. It's a rubber-meets-the-road night.

All right then, you're all very welcome. We had a good time. We hope
you did too. See you next week!

Veronica: That is probably one of the happiest they've ever been.
Seriously. That got them going so big-time. They were so happy. I was
like, "Oh my God, they're not going to say anything else tonight."
When was the last time we were that happy? I'm not sure we've ever
been that happy. They were really happy. They had fun tonight. Yeah.
