Now... your question ...I used the word suppress in describing my own experience's to understanding. I have learned that you must teach yourself control, focus, stillness of mind in all levels of one's mind ... The subconsciousness in most peoples minds are without direction.. Just running wild, full of noise... Creating its own reality .. Same with the ego ...Its created its own reality .. You must teach yourself that all parts of you are in harmony,All are within the reality YOU wish.. With unity in the all within you.....I tell this to people a lot ...God can't fill a cup already full, If your mind is full of chatter ..GOD can't speak to you.. A still quiet mind ... What I tell my kids every day when going into the world ...
