Wow, you have mastery over the kundalini flow? Remember when it just happened and you had to just hold on for dear life? Progress ! I've read about an increase in energy coming in to our planet - alignment with galactic center or encounter with the Photon belt - various theories. Also the sun revving up it's energy to put this planet into a more temperate climate (not global warming - a purposeful plan by our beloved Earth Mother to give us a more comfortable home after a period of adjustment). Thanks for the reminder - open heart, soul to all so we can be in that place of heart no matter what goes on around us. Holding the highest energy.
