I am looking forward to seeing everyone in September. Just remind me not to drive to the reunion with Scott Gulley.. No offense, Scott. After reading your posted message, I do not think that I would enjoy being a passenger in your car. ha.. Although, I imagine that some of my former classmates have the same feelings about my own driving skills. For example, the time when I was trying to learn to drive manual (stick-shift) with Shelly Harding's car. I recall that someone's birthday cake was destroyed as it was flying around the car. Ha..
The website is a great idea! What a fun way to communicate with everyone prior to the reunion. Eric, thank you for taking the time to design it. It looks wonderful. Do you remember when we used to trade Star Wars cards? Do you still have some of the original items. I am certain that they would be quite valuable.
A message for Ted and Bobby in Florida. Whether or not you will be hitching a ride together to the reunion, I hope to see both of you. I relocated from Miami to Indiana almost three years ago. Just imagine-if I still lived in Miami, I could have driven both of you in my (stick shift) jeep...That would have been a fun road trip!
On a serious note, I was extremely sorry to hear about the passing of Misty (Rhodes) Hines. I think it is an excellent idea to accept donations to give to her family in honor of her memory.
I hope that we will have a large turn out in September. I look forward to seeing everyone. In the meantime, please try to monitor the selection of the somewhat painful old school pictures. I think that my big hair and fashion choices were not my best moments.
However, I did enjoy seeing Ted getting whipped at arm wrestling.. ha.
